Ellen Slaught

Ellen Slaught has over 10 years of experience in operations and administration. Ellen began their career in 2008 at Kaiser Permanente as an Administrative Assistant, where they initiated a project to revise the request process for Exempla St. Joseph Hospital residents and contractors requiring access to the Kaiser Permanente electronic medical record. Ellen then moved into the role of Regional Manager of Complementary Medicine Services, where they partnered with multiple stakeholders on projects focusing on customer experience, process improvement, and cost savings. In 2019, they joined Beyond Campus Innovations as the Vice President of Operations, and then moved into the role of Director of Operations, and finally Operations Manager.

Ellen Slaught has a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver, a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and Iberian Studies from the University of North Dakota, and was a Visiting Student at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha studying Spanish Language and Literature. Ellen also has two additional certifications, one in Behavioral Decision Making from Harvard Extension School obtained in November 2020 and one in Lean Management from ExpertRating Inc. obtained in May 2019.
