Debra Silberg

Debra Silberg is currently the Chief Scientific Officer at Beyond Celiac and a Board of Directors Member and Scientific Advisor at Ellodi Pharmaceuticals. In the past, Debra has held roles such as Interim Chief Medical Officer at Takeda, Vice President, Clinical Science Head GI at Shire, and Vice President and Global Development Team Lead at Shire Pharmaceuticals. With a background in gastroenterology and a focus on clinical research, Debra has also worked at AstraZeneca and the University of Pennsylvania as an Assistant Professor. Their extensive experience includes leading global programs in hepatology, luminal GI, and other therapeutic areas.
