John Pollak

John Pollak has over 25 years of experience in human resources. John is currently working as the Vice President of People at Beyond Finance. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People Experience at Optima, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. John also worked as the Principal at Dead Ahead, LLC from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Keeper Security, Inc. in 2017 and the Head of People Resources at Enova International from 2009 to 2016. Additionally, they held various roles at A.T. Kearney, Anexsys, Euro RSCG, and Discover Financial Services. Throughout their career, John has focused on hiring, developing, engaging, and retaining employees, as well as overseeing areas such as compensation, benefits, recruitment, and HRIS.

John Pollak holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Miami University and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago.
