Kori Rahaim

Kori Rahaim M.B.A. joined 5AM Ventures in 2021 as Vice President, Head of People, 4:59 Initiative. Previously, Ms. Rahaim held multiple HR leadership roles at Relay Therapeutics, where she scaled scientific discovery teams, built company culture, and led internal communications. Prior to Relay, Ms. Rahaim was a global HR leader at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research where she served on leadership teams for Neuroscience and Ophthalmology therapeutic areas. Prior to Novartis, Ms. Rahaim led talent acquisition for Straumann Group. She earned her B.A. in Communications from Merrimack College and her M.B.A. from Northeastern University. She is based in the Boston, MA office.
