Richard Nettleingham has a diverse and extensive work experience in risk management and compliance. Richard has held senior positions in various companies, including Beyond Finance, Future Finance, Oodle Car Finance, Zopa, Amicus Finance plc, Shawbrook Bank, Acenden Limited, CT Capital PLC, Sentry Group, and Blemain Group. Throughout their career, they have reported to top-level executives and has been responsible for ensuring best practices in governance, risk, and compliance. Richard has successfully designed and implemented frameworks, policies, and processes to mitigate risk and promote a positive risk and compliance culture within organizations. Richard has also been accountable for complying with regulatory requirements and building positive relationships with regulators. Richard Nettleingham has obtained an Associateship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers from LIBF. Richard also holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Services as well as a BSc (Hons) in Financial Services from The University of Manchester.
