Sean Butler

Sean Butler is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Talent Partner at Beyond Finance since June 2022, Sean leads recruitment efforts for software, cybersecurity, data engineering, and IT roles, including senior and principal engineers and managerial to C-suite positions. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Recruiter for Digital and Technology at CBRE, where Sean advised on talent acquisition for Fortune 500 leadership positions, and as an Account Manager/Recruiter at Aerotek, successfully establishing a new territory in Northern Colorado and achieving significant revenue growth. Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Northern Colorado and an Associate degree in Surgical Technology from Aims Community College.
