Director Call Center Technology at Beyond Finance

Yevgeniy Volfson has a strong background in call center technology and voice infrastructure. Yevgeniy worked as the Director of Call Center Technology at Beyond Finance from February 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Health IQ from October to December 2022. From June 2018 to October 2022, Yevgeniy was a Voice Infrastructure Architect at Abbott, where they managed global voice telecommunications infrastructure and directed complex call center voice systems.
