Kirk McDonald has extensive experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Kirk is currently working as the Director of Global Sales - Middle East for both Preferred Hotels & Resorts and Beyond Green. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Recruitment at The Recruit Hub from 2020 to 2021.

From 2018 to 2020, Kirk held the position of Senior Manager of Product Development and Distribution at VisitBritain, where they were responsible for stakeholder management and securing distribution partnerships.

Before that, they worked at Emirates from 2012 to 2018 as the Manager of Product and Business Development, leading negotiations and revenue streams for the airline's stopover program.

From 2009 to 2011, Kirk was the Manager of Travel Industry Sales and Marketing - Canada at the Greater Palm Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Prior to that, they served as the Business Development Manager for North America at Intrepid Travel from 2008 to 2009.

Additionally, Kirk has experience working as a Sales Manager at Delta Hotels and Resorts, a Group Sales Manager at Rocky Mountaineer, and a Wholesale Travel Consultant at Flight Centre.

Kirk McDonald completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2017 to 2019. In addition, they obtained certifications in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in 2019 and Complete Media Training Masterclass from Udemy in 2020.
