Roberta Possenti has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Roberta started their career at Hilton as a Sales Coordinator in 1992 and then moved on to J. Walter Thompson as a P.A. to the CEO Italy. In 1999, they joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts as a Group Office Manager and later became an Account Manager in the Global Sales department. In 2002, they joined Preferred Hotels & Resorts as a Senior Manager Global Sales and then went on to hold various positions, including Regional Director, Managing Director of Southern Europe, and currently Vice President of Europe. In 2021, Roberta also became a Board Member of HSMAI Region Europe and Vice President Europe at Beyond Green.
Roberta Possenti pursued their education in Strategic Communications at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, they attended International College Spain, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Additionally, Roberta obtained certifications in "Communicating Across Cultures," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in the year 2021.
