Ava McGoff

Ava McGoff has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ava began their career as a Retail Sales Associate at Nordstrom in 2015. In 2017, they interned at Arrow McLaren SP. Ava then worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at CB Insights in 2018, followed by a similar role at Silverline from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Ava joined Iron Mountain as a Recruitment Coordinator. Most recently, they have been working at Beyond Identity, starting as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator from February 2021 to January 2022, then advanced to Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition from January 2022 to March 2023. Ava is currently serving as the Manager of People Operations at Beyond Identity, a position they have held since March 2023.

Ava McGoff holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Communication - Broadcasting from Indiana University Bloomington. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Cathedral High School. In addition to their formal education, Ava has obtained certifications in Employee Experience, Organization Design, and Talent Management from LinkedIn, all of which were obtained in June 2023.
