Harshika Arora

Harshika Arora is a skilled Food Technologist II with extensive experience in developing plant-based meat products and conducting research in food science. Currently working at Beyond Meat since October 2021, Harshika focuses on product development, including formula optimization and sensory testing, while ensuring adherence to industry standards. Previous roles include Graduate Research Student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where research involved modified lecithin production, and a range of internships at notable institutions, including Nestlé and the National Dairy Research Institute. Harshika holds a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from G.B.Pant University of Agriculture and Technology.
