Jesse Tsao is a skilled scientist with extensive experience in food science and product development, currently employed at Beyond Meat since January 2021, where multiple plant-based meat products have been launched and managed through various stages of development. Prior roles include Food Technologist II and Food Technologist at Wonton Food Inc., where product formulation and quality testing were optimized across numerous projects. Earlier experience includes an R&D internship at Abbott and roles at the University of Illinois, contributing to research on lipid oxidation and product development.
