Kenny Mayoral

Kenny Mayoral is an accomplished professional in the field of chemistry with extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the plant-based food sector. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Development for EMEA at Beyond Meat since April 2015, Kenny has held various titles, including Director of Materials Science and Principal Scientist. Prior to joining Beyond Meat, Kenny contributed to academia at UCLA from September 2007 to August 2014 as a Staff Research Associate V, Lecturer, and Graduate Student Researcher. Kenny earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UCLA in 2013 and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from UC Irvine in 2007.
