Ziyi Linghu

Director Of Product Development - China at Beyond Meat

Ziyi Linghu, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Product Development for China at Beyond Meat, having worked with the company since June 2019. Prior roles at Beyond Meat included positions as Scientist II and Scientist I. Prior to this, Ziyi Linghu gained extensive experience at Kansas State University from 2014 to November 2019, serving as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant, conducting significant research on food mutagens and innovative extraction methods. Ziyi Linghu's previous industry experience includes a Chemistry Pre-Professional Internship at Kellogg Company, and roles at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities focused on dairy protein functionalities and quality assurance. Ziyi Linghu holds a Ph.D. in Food Science from Kansas State University and a Master's Degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota.
