Ella Fordham

Ella Fordham has an extensive background in HR and people management, with experience in various well-known companies such as Beyond ONE, AstroLabs, Careem, and British American Tobacco. Ella holds a MA in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and a 2:1 degree from the University of Liverpool. Throughout their career, Ella has held roles such as VP, People, Senior Director, Global People Engagement, and Head of HR. Ella has also taken on international assignments, including a career break in South Africa and a relocation to Dubai.
