Derek Wu

Derek Wu has held various senior human resources positions throughout their career. Derek started their career as the Senior Manager of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific Region at UPS in 2002. Derek then joined Jebsen Group in 2011 as the General Manager of Group Human Resources Management. In 2015, they moved to Lee Kum Kee International Holdings Ltd, where they served as the Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources until 2023. Currently, Derek is the Chief People Officer at Tam Jai International Co. Limited.

Derek Wu has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Studies from City University of Hong Kong. Derek also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Arbitration and Dispute Resolutions from the same university.
