Senior Manager of Global Support at Beyond

Clair Abplanalp's work experience begins in 2009 as an Assistant Coordinator at The Wedding Studio, where they coordinated events and promoted the studio through various platforms. In 2013, they joined Angie's List as a Member Care Representative, providing exceptional service and handling incoming calls. Clair then progressed to become a Relationship Retention Specialist, implementing processes to increase retention and reduce attrition. Clair later became a Client Success Manager, overseeing a portfolio of service providers. In 2017, they joined HomeAdvisor as an Online Marketing Specialist, prospecting new business and delivering exceptional customer service. Clair then transitioned to a Sales Support Administrator role, managing accounts and reducing account spending. Most recently, they have been working at Beyond, initially as a Senior Customer Support Specialist, then as the Manager of Global Support, and currently as the Senior Manager of Global Support.

Clair Abplanalp obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Tourism Conventions and Event Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2011. In addition, Clair received a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All from LinkedIn in July 2020.
