Jess Kelso

Jess Kelso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management within various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Host Segment at Beyond since July 2018, Jess has held multiple roles, including Director of Customer Experience and Operations for EMEA and Director of Special Projects, contributing to the development of leading revenue management software for vacation rental owners. Prior to Beyond, Jess worked at Advance – Australia’s Global Community, managing membership and engagement, and at the University of Sydney as Marketing, Communications, and Research Manager for SmokeCheck. Additional experience includes roles at Stockwell in marketing and communications, and as a graduate at the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations. Jess holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Arts and Business Administration from The University of Queensland, along with a certificate in Training and Assessment from HBA Learning Centres.
