Julia K. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and implementation management. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at Beyond Pricing since March 2021, Julia previously held roles such as Senior Customer Success Manager and Solutions Engineer at GoCanvas from October 2017 to February 2021. Julia began a career in customer success as a Customer Success Manager at BigTeams from December 2015 to October 2017, and prior experience includes leadership in international networking at James Madison University from February 2014 to December 2015, as well as internships with the U.S. Department of State in 2012 and 2014. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Justice Studies and Nonprofit Studies from James Madison University (2012-2015) and an International Baccalaureate from the American International School Dhaka, Bangladesh (2009-2012).
