Komail Faizi

Komail Faizi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Komail started their career in 2012 as a Senior Financial Analysis & Deal Desk Manager at Sabre Corporation, where they conducted financial analyses and supported the C-suite. Komail then held positions such as Principal Pricing & Strategic Initiatives and Principal Strategic Partnerships and M&A, where they identified and executed strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities. In 2016, they became the Head of Growth Strategy at Sabre Corporation, leading strategy, pricing, planning, analysis, partnerships, and M&A for the Airline Solutions business unit.

In 2018, Komail co-founded Conciay, a retailing platform that helps hotels generate additional revenue through ancillary sales. Komail served as the Co-founder and Head of Product, overseeing the growth and development of the platform until 2021.

In 2021, they joined various organizations, including Partnerlink as a Consultant, Beyond as the Head of Strategy & Growth, Plug and Play Tech Center and Intelak Hub as a Mentor, and the Private Office of Their Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Obaid Al Maktoum as the Official Representative for the US. In this role, they helped innovative companies in the US establish a foothold and grow in the U.A.E.

In the future, starting from 2023, they will be taking up the position of VP Product at FranConnect.

Komail Faizi has a Master of Business Administration degree focused on Finance and Strategy from SMU Cox School of Business. Komail also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Trinity University. Additionally, they have completed an executive education program in Negotiation and Deal Structuring from Harvard Law School.
