Stefano Balestra

Stefano Balestra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stefano currently serves as the Chairman for 3T Family Office, where they took on the role in January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Partner at the company from October 2018 to February 2022. Stefano also served as a Senior Advisor at First Iraqi Bank starting in August 2020. Stefano is the Co-founder of Beyond, a company they established in September 2012.

Before their current roles, Stefano worked as a Senior Consultant at Providenzia Capital Group SA from October 2018 to January 2021. Stefano served as a Senior Private Banker for Russia, Ukraine, and Iraq at Banque Morval from January 2013 to September 2018. Stefano also held the position of Director at MARS Capital SA from January 2010 to December 2012.

Starting their career, Stefano gained experience at UBS Wealth Management as a Senior Relationship Manager and Director for the CIS region from January 2008 to December 2009. Prior to that, they served as the Deputy Head of the Kiev Office at Credit Suisse from January 2005 to December 2007.

Stefano Balestra also has teaching experience. Stefano worked as a Lecturer in economics, finance, and banking at the State University of Economics & Finance (FINEC) in St. Petersburg and the University of Paris IX Dauphine from September 2003 to November 2004. Earlier in their career, they served as a Client Relationship Manager and Financial Advisor at Lombard Odier from January 2000 to July 2003.

Stefano Balestra obtained a Diploma, Expert in Finance and Investment (CFPI) from the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (SFAA) in 2003. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in International economics at the University of Leicester from 1995 to 1996. Stefano also completed a Master's degree in International and environmental economics at the University of Geneva from 1992 to 1995.
