Sharlene Yule is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in corporate support and customer services. Currently serving as the Regional Manager at Beyond Recruitment since May 2012, Sharlene leads a values-based organization focused on helping New Zealand companies thrive by connecting them with outstanding talent. Prior to this role, Sharlene was a Senior Consultant at Kinetic Recruitment Consultants, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment for business support and middle management positions. Sharlene also held the position of Business Support Manager at Right Management, providing office management and executive support, and began their career as a Consultant and Branch Manager at Lampen - New Zealand. Sharlene attended Upper Hutt College from 1980 to 1982.
