Shelley Watson

Shelley Watson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Shelley started their career as a Co-founder, Teacher, and Principal at Sequoia Star Academy from February 2003 to February 2012. Following that, they worked as a Manager at Ashley Cosgrove Music, where they managed various aspects of music management from January 2005 to August 2013.

Shelley then joined Grand Canyon University as an Adjunct Faculty Professor, teaching communication courses for a short period from January 2014 to May 2014.

In 2013, Shelley became a District Sales Manager for New Avon LLC, leading a territory of 600 self-employed Representatives and Sales Leaders. Shelley developed and implemented training programs, achieved exceptional sales results, and received numerous awards for their top sales performance. Shelley also trained sales leaders, developed high-performance teams, and provided ongoing instruction in training and management skills. Their role ended in February 2017.

From February 2017 to June 2017, Shelley worked as a Community Marketing Executive and Territory Sales Manager at Welcome Wagon.

In February 2017, they also started working as a CBD Wellness Advisor at Joiya Inc. and continued in that role until August 2020.

From October 2018 to July 2020, Shelley served as the Chairwoman of the Board at Desert Sounds Performing Arts.

Starting in August 2020, Shelley became a Regional Sales Manager at Farmasi, where they managed the Northwest Region and focused on territory management, training, and sales. Their role ended in November 2021.

In January 2022, Shelley joined Faberlic as a Field Director before moving on to their current position as the Field Sales Motivation & Development Director at Beyond Slim in June 2022.

Shelley Watson has an extensive education history. Shelley first attended Clackamas Community College from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained an AS degree in Business and Performing Arts. Following this, they attended Portland State University from 1985 to 1987, where they received their BA degree in Communication.

After a few years, Shelley returned to school and attended Northern Arizona University from 2003 to 2004. During this time, they earned their M.Ed degree in Educational Leadership. Later, in 2010 to 2011, they attended Argosy University and completed the Principal Leadership Academy, focusing on Educational Leadership.
