Guillermo Solomon

Guillermo Solomon is an experienced leader in digital transformation and business strategy, currently serving as the Country Manager and Executive Digital Transformation Director for Beyond Technology in the U.S. Prior to this role, Guillermo held various senior positions at Huawei, including Chief Transformation Officer for LATAM and Director of Business Network Consulting for the Latin America region, where responsibilities included guiding governments and enterprises in successful digital transformation initiatives. Guillermo has also served as Chief Merchandising Officer at RadioShack, Director of Wireless and Connectivity at Elektra, and VP of Sales at Iusacell, among other roles, consistently delivering substantial sales growth and operational excellence. Guillermo holds an MBA from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, along with executive education from MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of California, Berkeley.
