Eric Bird

Eric Bird has been working in the technology industry since 1984. Eric started their career at Continental Electronics Corporation as an Engineer. In 1991, they moved to the Superconducting Super Collider as an Engineer. In 1994, they joined Ericsson as the Head of BSS Engagement Practice. During their time at Ericsson, they also held the roles of Director of Revenue Management and Telecom Management Solutions, Director of Managed Services, Director of RF Engineering, Manager of Wireless Engineering, and RF Engineer. In 2002, they joined Southern Methodist University as a Professor of Electrical Engineering and Telecom. In 2012, they became the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Beyond the Horizon Technology.

Eric Bird has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, which they obtained between 1989 and 1993. Eric also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university, which they obtained between 1984 and 1989. Eric Bird has additionally obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Business Analyst in September 2022, Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer in July 2015, Salesforce Certified Administrator in June 2015, Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
