Claus Elmholdt has a diverse work experience in the field of leadership and organizational development. Claus is currently an Associate Professor and Program Director at Aalborg Universitet, where their research focuses on leadership and digitalization, emotions in leadership, and managers in transition processes. Claus has expertise in producing new knowledge, organizing master programs, and teaching various courses on leadership psychology and team development. Prior to their current position, Claus was a Professor MSO at Department of Communication and Psychology, where they managed the master program in Leadership and Organizational Development and taught courses on leadership psychology and organizational learning. Claus also has experience as a Business Psychologist and Partner at Udviklingskonsulenterne A/S, where they provided organizational consulting, leadership and team development, and executive coaching. Claus has also worked as an Assistant Professor and Ph.D. scholar at Aarhus University, and as a Ph.D. student at CCI Europe A/S. In their previous roles, Claus has demonstrated their expertise in research, teaching, and providing consulting and coaching services in the field of leadership and organizational development.
