Sebastian Fürer

Sebastian Fürer currently serves as Practice Lead and Electrochemical Scientist/Engineer at Jupiter Ionics, where the focus is on commercializing carbon-neutral, electrochemical technology for sustainable agriculture, ammonia-fuelled transport, and renewable energy exports. In addition, Sebastian is a Volunteer Researcher with Beyond Zero Emissions, conducting due diligence on cleantech companies and projects to assess their viability and potential impact. Previous experience includes a Research Fellow position at Monash University and participation in programs such as Startup Sprint and the ON Prime Research Team, designed to empower researchers. Academic credentials include a PhD in Chemistry, an MS in Chemistry, and a BS in Chemistry, all obtained from the University of Basel.
