Talia Milgrom-Elcott is the Founder of The Starfish Institute and the Executive Director and Co-Founder of 100Kin10. Talia served as a Program Officer at Carnegie Corporation of New York and Deputy Chief of Staff at New York City Department of Education. Talia holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard University.
