Lance Goodman

Lance Goodman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Lance serves as the Executive Director and Co-founder of Compare Club since July 2019, and previously held CEO positions at both Alternative Media and Life Insurance Comparison from September 2011 to August 2025. Lance's career includes significant roles such as Director at Appcon Learning Solutions and Performance Learning, and Principal Consultant at TGL Consulting. Additionally, Lance held the position of Head of in2life at MBF and worked as a Manager in Consulting at Accenture. Lance began the career as an Industrial Engineer at Alloy Wheels International. Lance holds a BSc(Eng) in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
