Larry Martin is an ITIL Expert with extensive experience in IT service management and consultancy. Since July 2024, Larry has served as a Consultant at Flycast Partners and, concurrently since May 2016, as an ITIL/ITSM Solutions Consultant at Beyond20, where custom solutions are developed for transforming organizations into aligned IT service providers. Previous roles include Service Delivery Manager, IT Manager for the City of Seattle, and various positions in desktop support and consultancy. Notably, as IT Manager, Larry managed diverse teams supporting thousands of end users and led a successful Windows 7 migration project. Larry began formal education at Armuchee High School, Rome, GA, and pursued Cherwell TI Training to further professional qualifications.
