Lucian Niemeyer

Lucian is a retired the United States Air Force Colonel with 15 years of active service and 5 years in the Air National guard. He is a national security expert, that was staffed as a member of the US Senate Committee on Armed Services, where he managed legislative authorizations for military installations and environmental programs, as well as recommended congressional support for construction, repair, and modernization of military facilities.
