Nischay Kandpal is an experienced professional with a robust background in program management and digital adoption across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Digital Adoption at Beyondsoft since February 2024, Nischay has previously held significant roles at Microsoft from September 2015 to present, where responsibilities included promoting Microsoft's programs and leading commercial evangelism for Microsoft India from December 2020 to January 2024. With earlier experience as an Area Manager at Educomp Solutions Ltd and as an Administrator & Training Analyst at MNIPL, Nischay has developed expertise in enhancing organizational reach within academia and effective market penetration. Nischay began a career as a Master Trainer at Teleperformance India, further establishing a strong foundation in training and development.
