Bourne Zheng

Bourne Zheng has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2005. Starting at Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell as a Service Support Engineer and Project Manager, they then moved to Nokia as a Senior Project Manager in the PMO in 2008. In 2015, they joined ThoughtWorks as an Offshore Delivery Manager, leading Digital Media offshore development group in Chengdu, acting as an Agile Coach, and managing client relationships. In 2016, they worked as a Lead Project Manager at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management. In 2017, they joined Symbio as a Project Director, where they were in charge of 8-9 US or EU offshore projects, acted as an Agile Coach, and led technical innovation. In 2019, they became the Project Lead at 一汽-大众. Most recently, they are the Head of China R&D at BeyondTrucks, a company that makes growing a great trucking business easy, powered by leading investors.

Bourne Zheng obtained a Bachelor's degree in Automation from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China between 2001 and 2005. Bourne also holds a PMP certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
