Amber Goularte is a seasoned marketing and customer success professional with extensive experience in event coordination and sales support. Currently serving as a Senior Events Coordinator for Field Marketing at BeyondTrust since March 2016, Amber excels in managing and driving sales campaigns. Prior to this role, Amber worked at Blackboard, first as a Field Marketing Events Manager and later as a Senior Customer Success Advocate, responsible for managing over 80 strategic accounts following the acquisition of Elluminate. Amber began a career at Elluminate as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer product support and strategic sales efforts. Before these roles, Amber held positions at Serena Software as a Renewal Specialist, achieving President’s Club in the first year, and at CTB/McGraw-Hill as an Inside Sales Consultant and Senior Sales Support Representative, contributing significantly to sales growth across multiple states.
