Sheri Sneed

Sheri Sneed has extensive experience in customer success and sales leadership, particularly in the technology sector. At Salesforce, from November 2013 to February 2022, Sheri served in various roles, culminating as RVP of Commercial Success for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, where leadership focused on fostering customer adoption, innovation, and strategic growth. Previous roles included Portfolio Leader for General Business Southeast Customer Success and Director of Customer Success, where Sheri managed customer portfolios to maximize value realization. Prior to Salesforce, Sheri worked at Gartner from January 2001 to October 2011 in sales management roles, achieving significant sales performance and relationship-building with Fortune 1000 technology providers. Sheri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University.
