Emma Latham has a long and varied work experience. Emma began their career as a Marketing Manager for YOGA FOR THE SPECIAL CHILD, LLC in 2007. In 2006, they moved to Whole Foods Market as a Team Leader, where they were responsible for brand building and consumer research. In 2003, they took on the role of Account Director for ID Advertising and Marketing, where they were tasked with nurturing and growing relationships with existing clients. In 2013, they became the Director of Inner Temple Retreat in Canggu, Bali, where they were responsible for website and advertising, client liaison and booking, accounting, retreat management, menu creation, program delivery, villa management, staff management and full program delivery. In 2015, they took on the role of Marketing Specialist for Goldust beauty lounge, where they were responsible for marketing plan, customer activation, business growth with new clients and creating a strong active community. In 2019, they became the Membership Manager for VISIT SURREY COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY, where they were responsible for driving corporate membership and account upsells to Visitsurrey.com. In 2020, they moved to Hastings District Council as a Membership Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Click It Local as a Business Development Manager. Emma is currently employed by Beyonk as a Customer Success Executive.

Emma Latham attended De Montfort University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Design Management. Emma also attended Greenacre School for Girls and Yandara Yoga Institue, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Design Management and Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy, respectively.
