Norman Merten

Norman Merten has a diverse work experience. Norman currently serves as the Product Lead at beyonnex.io starting from September 2023. Prior to that, they held the positions of Lead Product Owner and Product Owner - Field Service Products at the same company. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as the Head of Retail Solutions at q.beyond AG. Before that, they served as the Head of Customer Success, Innovation Architect, and Junior SAP Retail Consultant at QSC AG from 2016 to 2020. Norman began their career as a Pension Clerk at PENSIONSKASSE der Hamburger Hochbahn - AG - VVaG from 2012 to 2016, where they successfully led an ERP implementation project and provided complex retirement advisory services. Norman also worked as a Clerk at Randstad Deutschland for a brief period in 2012.
