Daniel Conde Feitosa has had a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Daniel started their career as an Analyst of Performance Marketing at BEYOUNG in January 2015 and worked there until May 2016. From June 2016 to December 2019, they served as a Product Owner and Process Coordinator at the same company. In January 2020, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager until December 2020. Since January 2021, they have held the position of Head of Digital Products at BEYOUNG.

Alongside their work at BEYOUNG, Daniel also worked as a Freelancer from January 2017 onwards, specializing in Traffic Management. Additionally, they co-founded Tão Cute in January 2016 and worked as a Cofounder until August 2017.

Daniel Conde Feitosa attended the Universidade Federal do ABC from 2009 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Management. In 2013 and 2014, they also participated in the Graduação Sanduíche program at the University of Windsor, studying Industrial Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in June 2016, the Reaprendizagem Criativa from Keep Learning School in April 2019, the Innovation Academy from ACE Startups in July 2020, the Inovação na prática from Future Dojo in May 2021, the Retail Experience Certificate from ACE Cortex in October 2021, and the Leader Launch from Future Dojo in July 2022.
