Gurbinder Bansal

Gurbinder Bansal has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Gurbinder currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at BeZero Carbon, a role they started in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the VP Commercial at the same company from May 2022 to May 2023.

Before BeZero Carbon, Gurbinder worked at ICE, where they held multiple roles from May 2019 to May 2022. Gurbinder started as the Head of EMEA Data Redistribution and Regional Field Sales, then moved on to become the Head of Partnerships & Redistribution for the EMEA region. Gurbinder'sfinal role at ICE was as the Head of EMEA Field & Partnerships, Credit Market Analysis.

Gurbinder has also worked at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where they served as the Senior Director for Sales, Channel Sales & Alliances, EMEA from January 2014 to October 2016. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director for Sales, Head of CMA Channel & Data Redistribution from August 2012 to December 2013.

Gurbinder also has experience at Credit Market Analysis, CME Group, where they held the position of Director for Sales & Marketing, Head of Channel & Data Redistribution from September 2011 to August 2012. Before that, they served as the Director of Product Manager for CMA Data Services from September 2009 to August 2011.

Gurbinder's early career includes roles at Moody's Analytics as an Assistant Director for Product Strategy, Structured Finance, EMEA from September 2007 to August 2009. Gurbinder also worked at the London Stock Exchange Group, where they held various positions including Product Manager for Information Services from January 2003 to August 2007, Sales in Trading Technology from July 2001 to January 2003, and as part of the Graduate Trainee Program from December 1999 to July 2001.

Gurbinder Bansal completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Mathematical Sciences for Business, Industry, and Finance from Queen Mary University of London. In addition to this degree, Gurbinder has obtained certifications in Pragmatic Marketing - Practical Product Management & Requirements, Project Management - PRINCE2 Practitioner, and SFA Securities Exam, Securities and Regulation.
