Elaine Phane

Elaine Phane has a robust background in admissions and product management, currently serving as the Senior Manager for the Admissions Program at Bezos Academy since May 2022. Prior to this role, Elaine spent nearly two decades at Wells Fargo, advancing through various positions including Senior Lead Product Manager, Business Support Manager, Collections Manager, Business Process Analyst, Overdraft Collections and Recovery Bilingual Supervisor, and Collector. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Portland State University, completed in 2006, and is currently pursuing certification as a Lean Practitioner from the same institution.
