Tara Requa (she/her)

Tara Requa has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Tara is currently the Head of School at Bezos Academy since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Education Blogger for quaranteachertara.com from July 2020 to August 2021. From August 2016 to June 2021, Tara served as the Assistant Director and Humanities Instructor at West Seattle Montessori School & Academy. Tara also had a role as an Online Adjunct Instructor at American Public University System from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Tara worked as a Humanities Instructor at West Seattle Montessori School & Academy from August 2006 to July 2012.

Tara Requa completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Seattle Pacific University from 1998 to 2002. Tara then pursued their MA in English from Western Washington University from 2004 to 2006.
