Francis Icasiano

Francis Icasiano is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Managing Director of Operations at the Bezos Family Foundation since July 2018. Prior to this role, Francis founded Well & Good LLC, where the focus was on business strategy, operational efficiency, and corporate social responsibility from July 2017 to July 2018. Francis also held various leadership positions at Cascadia Consulting Group from March 2003 to July 2017, including CEO, COO/CFO, and Controller, responsible for defining company strategy and enhancing profitability. Educational background includes dual BA degrees in English Literature and Accounting from the University of Washington.
