Michael Elkins

Michael Elkins is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in federal operations, strategy, and program management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Managing Director of Federal Operations at Iron Mountain since September 2025, Michael previously held significant roles at SAIC and CACI International Inc., where responsibilities included leading the $5.7 billion AF EITaaS program and overseeing operations. Additionally, experience includes senior management positions at CSRA Inc. and Northrop Grumman IT, where Michael was instrumental in executing major IT infrastructure upgrades and managing multi-million dollar program portfolios. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland and completed an executive program at Harvard Business School in 2008.
