Marilyn López is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in youth development and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at the Bezos Family Foundation since October 2021, Marilyn leads initiatives aimed at nurturing youth leadership and amplifying youth voices. Previously, Marilyn held various roles at Rainier Scholars from July 2014 to October 2021, including Career Development Manager, where over 300 students of color were connected to career opportunities, and Associate Director of College Counseling, providing guidance to students on college and career aspirations. Prior experience includes positions at Child Care Resources, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas. Marilyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Mexican American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University.
