Erik Prater

Erik Prater is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in leadership and counsel roles. Currently serving as General Counsel at Beztak since March 2022, Erik previously held the positions of President and General Counsel at Marsh Construction Co. from June 2016 to March 2022, and was a Member at Bodman PLC from September 1998 to June 2016. Erik Prater earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Wayne State University Law School between 1995 and 1998, and completed a Bachelor’s degree at Michigan State University from 1991 to 1995.
