Maxime Bayen is an experienced Operating Partner at Catalyst Fund, where Maxime leads the venture building for early-stage startups focusing on climate-resilient solutions in Africa. Maxime is also a Principal Consultant at BFA Global, working towards building a more inclusive and equitable future. Alongside their roles in various advisory positions and company building endeavors, Maxime is also an investor at Time for the Planet. Maxime holds an M.B.A from ESSEC Business School and has pursued additional education in venture capital and fund structure.
