Craig Eldridge

Vice President Customer Experience & Franchise Accounts at BFC

Craig Eldridge has over 35 years of work experience. Craig began their career at United Airlines in 1985 and held the position of Director, Flight Operations Control for 18 years until 2003. In 2003, they joined BFC as Vice President, Sales & Implementation, a role they held until 2018. Subsequently, they moved up to the position of Vice President Customer Experience & Franchise Accounts at BFC, where they are currently employed.

Craig Eldridge attended the University of Cincinnati from 1980 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1980, they studied Aerospace Engineering at the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, but did not obtain a degree in that field. In addition, in February 2014, Craig obtained a certification as a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from the ICFE.
