Caterina della Mora

Caterina Della Mora has extensive experience in finance and investment, currently serving as Group Investor Relations, Strategy and M&A at BFF Banking Group since May 2019, also holding the position of Chief of Staff. Prior to this, Caterina held leadership roles at Mittel S.p.A. as CFO, where significant achievements included halving operating costs and improving share prices, and at Bootes Srl as Head of Finance, leading successful financial restructuring and funding initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Investment Officer at A2F Consulting, CFO at GalloInvest Sarl, and Vice-President at Sopaf S.p.A., among other positions in major financial institutions, demonstrating a strong track record in financial planning, capital structuring, and corporate finance. Educational qualifications include advanced studies in risk management and a Master's in Finance from prestigious institutions.
