Graham Bellas

Graham Bellas is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Procurement Manager at the British Film Institute (BFI) since September 2022. Previously, Graham worked at Thames Water for several years, progressing from Buyer (June 2001 - September 2010) to Procurement Specialist (September 2010 - September 2015), and ultimately to Sourcing Manager (October 2015 - July 2022). In these roles, Graham effectively identified sourcing opportunities, developed comprehensive strategy reports, managed the OJEU regulated tender process, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to secure optimal contract terms. Graham also has a background in ongoing management of live framework agreements and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Education was completed at Brakenhale School.
