Cory Burkholder

Cory Burkholder has held a variety of positions in the past 12 years. In 2008, they volunteered with FEMA, where they learned how to safely respond to manmade and natural hazards. Cory also served as a Petty Officer Third Class in the US Navy from 2008 to 2013, where they were an Assistant Supervisor of 50 members for Presidential operation in collaboration with multiple Federal Agencies. In 2013, they became a Navy Deployment Specialized Agent with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, where they interpreted and explained laws and regulations to travelers, immigrants, shippers and manufacturers. In 2010, they became an Outside Sales Representative with Fastenal Company, where they were responsible for budgeting, developing budgets, and controlling expenses for 200+ accounts with average monthly sales above $40,000. In 2018, they became a Sales and Marketing Consultant with Atlantic Internal Medicine, where they developed a branding strategy and comprehensive marketing plan for the practice. In 2019, they became a Real Estate Broker with North Carolina Real Estate Broker and a Project Estimator with BFPE International, where they were awarded the BFPE Eagle Award in 2020-2021 for their commitment and dedication. Cory also achieved a growth of 22% in 2022.

Cory Burkholder attended Towson University from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Prior to that, they attended Carroll Community College from 2013 to 2015 and obtained an Associate of Arts in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
